Dab and build the All-in-One Velvet Paint on your eyes, cheeks and/or lips by using your fingers or a brush. The creamy texture of the formula will allow you to blend and layer as many times as you want and need, and it will dry matte for a long-lasting result.
Our buildable formula with extended playtime allows you to experiment. Take your time when smudging, erasing, reapplying or layering to create your desired look.
Mix and blend the different All-in-One Velvet Paint colors to create different shades.
To keep the integrity of this unique product and to maintain its optimal performance, do not heat the product. Please make sure to close the All-in-One Velvet Paint compact tightly after every use and to keep it in a cool and dry area.

I have oily skin and a lot of acne, and this stuff is magnificent. It doesn't make me break out and it glides over the skin like paint over canvas. I'm finally living my Bob Ross dreams! I just hope they come out with a palette and color correcting shades!
