Shipping

We accept orders at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on r2rcosmetics.com will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9 am – 5 pm EST, excluding US federal holidays. R2R offers a number of shipping options to the United States, including PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii.
At this time, R2R is unable to ship to US Territories, Military APO/FPO/DPO or international addresses.

We ship using the following:
USPS First Class Package (3 business days)
USPS Parcel Select Ground (2-8 business days)

International

We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but we are not able to ship internationally at this time and apologize for any inconvenience.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase, we will provide a refund or exchange for any products on r2rcosmetics.com within 60 days of purchase.
We will refund or credit the cost of the merchandise returned plus taxes. Please note, for all returns and exchanges, original shipping fees are not refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may use the shipping method of your choice to return your merchandise. Please note, however, that no shipping costs will be refunded.
